This project was developed for Pfeffer Development using our design build team working with Criterion General Inc. The project was developed in phases, first the Concepts & Preliminary Pricing Phase which was used as a development tool to get approvals from the Alaska Pacific University for conformance with their master plan.

Once we achieved approvals we completed the construction documents for Permitting and construction. The project delivery from concept stage to completion took less than 1 year.

The project is now fully occupied with medical offices for ANTHC and private practice clinics.
